Borowicz to Host Firearms Safety and Rights Seminar in North Bend

April 15, 2019

LOCK HAVEN – Rep. Stephanie Borowicz (R-Centre/Clinton) will host a Firearms Safety and Rights Seminar on Thursday, April 25, beginning at 6 p.m., at the Chapman Township Volunteer Fire Company, 79 Park Ave., North Bend, PA 17760.

“Article 1, Section 21 of the Pennsylvania Constitution, clearly states that, ‘the right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the state shall not be questioned,’” said Borowicz. “This no-cost seminar offers the dual opportunity for local firearm owners to expand their knowledge of existing gun laws and to get their most important questions answered about freely, safely and responsibly exercising your God-given right to keep and bear arms.”

Kim Stolfer, president, Firearms Owners Against Crime and Clinton County Sheriff Kerry Stover will present the facts and answer questions about Pennsylvania’s concealed carry process, the Castle Doctrine and other valuable information regarding firearms safety and state gun laws including:

• How to obtain a permit to carry a concealed weapon.
• Legal enforcement of the laws.
• Self-defense and your rights.
• Reciprocity laws.

Due to limited seating, interested individuals should pre-register for this FREE seminar as soon as possible by visiting RepStephanie.com or calling her Lock Haven district office at (570) 748-5480.
