LOCK HAVEN – Rep. Stephanie Borowicz (R- Clinton, Union) will be hosting a bridge dedication in honor of Staff Sgt. John F. Curcio on Friday, April 26, at Chapman Township Firehall, 79 Park Ave., North Bend, PA 17760 at 10 a.m.

Bridge Key 12099, carrying Pennsylvania Route 120, also known as Renovo Road, over Young Women’s Creek in Chapman Township, Clinton County, will be dedicated as the Staff Sgt. John Curcio Bridge.

Curcio is admired for his courage and bravery. Curcio served in the 8th Arny Airforce, 458th Bomber Group during World War II and completed 35 combat missions as a tail gunner as part of the European Theater. He was awarded the Air Medal with Four Oak Leaf Clusters for his service.

“Staff Sgt. Curcio is an American hero, and the impact he left on our community is invaluable.” Borowicz said “I am grateful for his service to this country and being able to honor his legacy.”

Interested individuals can join in honoring Curcio on April 26.
