Unconstitutional red flag gun confiscation laws among featured discussion topics
LOCK HAVEN – Rep. Stephanie Borowicz (R-Centre/Clinton) will host her next Firearms Safety and Rights Seminar on Wednesday, Jan. 29, beginning at 6 p.m., Dunnstown Fire Hall, 119 Woodward Ave, Lock Haven.

“Whether you are considering applying for a concealed carry permit or already have one, I encourage all District 76 firearm owners to come out and hear from the experts regarding both your rights and responsibilities,” said Borowicz. “Some of our featured discussion topics will focus on the dangers surrounding unconstitutional red flag gun confiscation orders (House Bill 1075) and other potential unlawful attacks against our non-negotiable right to bear arms.”

Featured speakers Kim Stolfer, president, Firearms Owners Against Crime, Clinton County Sheriff Kerry Stover and Attorney Dan Kiss will present the facts and answer questions about Pennsylvania’s concealed carry process; the Castle Doctrine; and other valuable information regarding firearms safety and state gun laws including:

• How to obtain a permit to carry a concealed weapon.
• Legal enforcement of the laws.
• Self-defense and your rights.
• Reciprocity laws.
• State hunting and trespassing laws.
