LOCK HAVEN – Rep. Stephanie Borowicz (R-Centre/Clinton) will host her next Firearms Safety and Rights Seminar on Wednesday, Jan. 29, beginning at 6 p.m., Dunnstown Fire Hall, 119 Woodward Ave, Lock Haven.

• Reciprocity laws.
• State hunting and trespassing laws.
