Borowicz, Mastriano to Roll Out Legislation to Protect Life at First Heartbeat

WHAT: Rep. Stephanie Borowicz (R-Centre/Clinton) and Sen. Doug Mastriano (R-Adams/Cumberland/Franklin/York) will officially unveil and discuss their legislation that would ban abortions after the point at which the heartbeat of the unborn baby can be detected.

WHO: Borowicz, Mastriano, legislative co-sponsors and leading pro-life advocates from across Pennsylvania.
